Not capturing every single community, but a very exhaustive list still, KEPHA has an extensive catalogue of men's groups that you can join. The groups are divided up by regions so you can find the one nearest to you. KEPHA also organizes other events, most notably a men's conference once a year, so there are many opportunities to get involved in a community.
Women's groups
St. Luke is hosting a program for women to come together and grow in faith and fellowship with fellow women. EncountHer discipleship gatherings are monthly events by women for women. These events will always include spiritual formation, communal prayer, facilitated discussion and fellowship. All women 18 and older are invited to attend.

A brand new group for women is being founded in West Michigan, named Women of Salt & Light. These women will gather together for prayer, for spiritual and theological enrichment, and for physical activities. Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary parish has a blossoming community of Young Adults in the north-east region of Grand Rapids in Belmont, MI. This group is open to all young adults (defined as 18-35 years old) and has semi-regular get-togethers. You see what the group has going on by visiting their Facebook page by clicking the name of the group above this text, or you can follow them on their Instagram @abvm_young_adults to keep up with what they have going on.
The Shrine of St. Francis Xavier & Our Lady of Guadalupe invites young adults (ages 18-35) to come and join their group! It is bilingual in English and Spanish which meets every other Friday at 6pm in the basement of St. Dominic's. Those interested can follow the group on Instagram to get updates on what's going on.

CYAGR is a Facebook group for people to make introductions when they are new to the West Michigan area, ask questions of the community, and share events that are going on. It is loosely organized in the sense that they don't have meetings, or official gatherings of the group, instead it is a hub for people to organize things and a place to discover events going on.
Communitas is a loosely organized group of young adults across West Michigan using the GroupMe app for sharing ideas and creating events for bringing people together. It's loosely organized in the sense that it does not have a rigid leadership structure, it is mostly a conglomeration of those looking for community and those creating it themselves. If you are not interested in hosting events in the group, the chat at least is a great way to get connected with people and make some friends.
Every Tuesday St. Alphonsus in Grand Rapids has Adoration from 6pm-7pm, then afterwards people walk to Graydon's Crossing for drinks and socializing. Join the group for some prayer and for some fun afterwards at the Holy Happy Hour.
